This Sunday saw cadets at Emberton Country Park to help out with Big Cow EventsCowman Duathlon.
Cdt Lucas G, OC Jemma B, MC Manuela DSS & Cdt LCpl Zack B worked incredibly hard handing out medals goodie bags, manning check points and helping to pack down after the event.
